Explanation:

The world's worst industrial disaster occurs in India which is also known as Bhopal disaster. In this industrial disaster, gas was leaked from  at the Union Carbide India Limited (UCIL) pesticide plant in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh in 1984. About 20000 people died in this industrial accident.

The main reason for happening of such industrial accident are carelessness and lack of safety measures in these industries. The owner of these industries did not spend any money on the safety measures which are the causes pf these accidents.

To avoid such industrial accidents, safety measure should be installed at the place of work, provide proper machines and training to the workers.
