I hereby wish to use this medium to inform you about the potential increase of your car insurance rate from $1000 to $1500 per month which will take effect from August 1st, 2020. This is as a result of the last insurance claim which we paid out to you.

A video of incident that happened before and after the accident was obtained from the police department. And after careful review, it was found that, prior to the accident, you were driving recklessly without regards to other motorists.
