i know this is a bit random and i know ur not a therapist or anything but i cant rlly talk to anyone else but i just feel like things just arent working out for me if that makes sense i guess i always overthink like tiny things that shouldnt even matter and its just so annoying like i keep overthinking something that happened in year 9 and i try not to but i just cant and i keep crying about small things that probably shouldnt really matter and i never tell anyone about it because in reality i feel like no one really cares im not sure if u actually care‍♀️ but i just feel like theres just no point in trying or anything anymore :( the only person thats ever understood me was my therapist but i only had her for a bit and now i just have no one and i dont feel like i should be sad and stuff when other people probably have it worse than me but i just cant be happy im just done trying i just dont know anymore
i just feel empty and its so exhausting to feel nothing and everything at the same time and i just feel like everythings my fault like i didnt tell anyone that my friend was doing something to herself and now shes in hospital and people have told me that its not my fault and stuff but i feel like there only saying that to make me feel better cuz its just my fault rlly
that probably made no sense at all sorry if u dont understand most of it im not good with making sentences that make sense xd sorry for that but i dunno who else to tell i dont think anyone else is approachable and i guess ur the only person who would probably listen :( and please dont tell anyone cuz i dont feel like i can talk to anyone else about it and i dont really want anyone else knowing and sorry about how depressing that just was but like ‍♀️ hope ur ok though :)
