When we all look at different types of buildings we have all different view points to the building. People have different reaction to different buildings. Every building have different structure and have different purpose.

Façade can be called an exterior face wall of a building. This includes the alignments of the structure of building such as doors, window etc. It all depends on architecture style of the building. Façade is basically the outer wall design of a building. When a designer, design a building he will look after every single style for woods, framework, brick everything that is used in making a building.

Thus here, Mr. Martinez show students the example of façade because he wanted to show them the alignment of building, its style related wooden, bricks, windows and different types of façade style.
