Sandra has been working at the Sunshine swimming pool as a lifeguard for the last six months. She has recently been given a promotion. Sandra is now in charge of the running of the pool, including organising staff rosters, keeping the membership database up to date, all book-keeping including keeping track of all outgoing and incoming financials as well as all marketing and sales. Sandra is not experienced in many of these areas and is finding that the demands of the tasks are too difficult. She has recently been absent from work on a regular basis and is complaining of feeling stressed. Explain a support and resolution strategy that could be implemented to assist Sandra.
