i think making voting a requirement of citizenship would be best for our country because it would show that practically everyone voted and that it would be fair. Another improvement that i think would not improve this country is make americans serve 1 year in the military or other americorps because people have families and some people aren't able to be in the military because of their health issues. What i would change about this proposal is to make those who do want to be in the military to serve more years or maybe those who don't really have jobs. It would enhance its effectiveness in my view by helping the country out and those in need.
