Development is dependent and involves everyone in society, for it needs the participation and influence of each and everyone with each other. Just like the different parts of the human body all come together to help maintain the well being of the human body, the individuals of the society are all required and important for development. This is to say that no one is less important or more important than others. We may all be from different parts of the world, society, or even backgrounds but we are all humans which makes us the same.
