I would tell him that the water cycle is one of the most important cycles on our planet. The water cycle is much more than water. The water cycle is one of the most important cycles when it comes to vital organisms. If we did not have the water cycle very few planted would be able to survive. This would also increase the risk of devastating wild fires. Our earth has many different cycles that are needed for our survival.
