At the top of the ramp (before the car slides down), the toy car has the maximum potential energy and no kinetic energy. As the toy car begins to slide down the ramp, its kinetic energy increases and its potential energy decreases. Down the ramp, the kinetic energy is the maximum it could be and there is no potential energy.
