Were the 1920s a “return to normalcy?” Why or why not?

It was not a return to normalcy. After WWI ended much military personnel has returned to their homes started doing mass production, advancing into newer technology, making the economy boom. Many people will start having a better economy, which then people started being wasteful with their money. In the very end, it led to the Great Depression.
