The 1st amendment (1791) because it allows citizens of the United States to practice any religion, speak their minds without repercussions, petition, and state their opinion

The 13th amendment (1865) because it abolished slavery. This was a very important and huge evolution in the fight for equality.

The 19th amendment (1920) because it allowed women the right to vote. This was a huge step towards women gaining respect and equality.

Least Important Reason

The 18th amendment (1919) because it outlawed alcohol and later got repealed.

The 2nd amendment (1791) although useful during that period of time, guns have mechanically evolved and are more dangerous now than they are useful.

The 20th amendment (1933) I understand how changing the presidential term to start on January 20th gives more time to decide the election, however the need to have a whole amendment for it seems a little ridiculous. It could have just been a quick change.
