Jefferestion believed that the point of the government was to protect the “inalienable rights” from a/the man from the "their creator" so in his view if the government hit page 2 then it would only be right then to get ride of the form of government,for a better one.

in this part of the declaration it refers to the point when american people didn't recognize the british domain and   breaks the political bands with britain, they forced a respectful separation.
