their government should try to at least provide them with shelter,food as well as providing some machines to do their farm work to release them from stress.

Former homeless slaves:

Shelter these people in different tents, until they can get some work and a roof over their heads.

There is no food:

Provide food for the needy, either with food packs, until the reforms or the economy is stable so that they can work.

Homes and farms in the count:

To work on it in a few degrees, that is, to work on the houses and farms from little to little, for their growth and recovery. Because if you work on that approach, there can be economic instability
