What tools and technology the ancient egyptians produce needed goods?

Well the whips were one thing. They also used strong ropes to help pull the stones. They also had huge wooden platforms that were used to help carve the blocks. They also must have used a chisel of some sort because of their carvings. They also used a forge to make the metal supports that helped hold it at first.
