How can persons wuth intellectual disabilities leads independent life in the community

Well intellectual disabilities would be hard to deal with so i would recommend helping them until they can learn then hold like a speech on how they did what they did to become who and where they are now after being in such tough times and have like organizations for people who see their special education degree  smaller then what it is so hire them to help take care and help develop these persons to live life to their fullest.
