There is a dispute between two neighbours in a village. They both claim that a particular piece of land outside their house belongs to them. To whom should they go to check the records? With computerized records, do we still need a Patwari? Why or why not? Prepare a PPT after watching a video or reading about two neighbours dispute over the boundaries of a property. The land disputes are settled by the Sarpanch of the village with the help of land record officer called Patwari or by the software called Patwari information system.
