How can you tell what science is and what it isn’t?

Science is when you take an idea like for instance when you have enough heat to water it boils... we can take that idea and preform it multiple times and still come out with the same outcome that when you add enough heat to water it boils... basically you can prove you theory by doing it multiple times and getting the same result... no matter how many times we heat water up it will always boil right... That right there is science.
