Ruling people can either have a positive or negative impact on the people. In a situation whereby the ruler has a positive impact and has a good character, then such person can be a role model.

Role model is a person that one looks up to and has an influence on an individual. When a ruler or a celebrity has a good behavior and has a positive impact on others, then such person is an example of a good role model. On the other had, in a situation whereby the behavior of the ruling people are bad, then such people should not be seen as a role model.
