The Rock Cycle is not a one-way cycle like the life cycle of a butterfly. metamorphic rock can change into a different metamorphic rock sedimentary rock can break down and become new sedimentary rock and igneous rock can melt and become new igneous rock. This also shows the rock cycle in a different way.

d) supreme court of justice. to counteract the rigidity of the written constitution, judicial action is required to interpret said constitution and necessary changes can be made.
