They don't really help much in improving grades in my opinion..

Hagwons normally operate from around 4-10pm on weekdays and all day on the weekends. If your students are messing around, having a hard time focusing or never seem to complete their homework, it’s probably not because they are bad or rebellious students; it’s often simply because they cannot keep up and they’ve focused for as long as they can for one day.
