The main reason why there is educated unemployment is because there is a breach between the education sector, and the labor market.

For this reason, the best solution to mitigate the problem of educated unemployment is having universities and other education institutions work more closely with the private sector in order for them to teach useful skills that are actually in demand in the labor market.
