Negative thinking is our enemy. It dampens our enthusiasm and motivation. It contributes to indecision, inertia, procrastination and outright derailment of our goal-directed actions

Blaming others for everything

To limit your negative thoughts about yourself, you will find peace in blaming others for it. No doubt, you will already be in guilt, but along with it, you will complain to those people who were in some or the other way around you when you did something wrong.

Negative attitudes and feelings of helplessness and hopelessness can create chronic stress, which upsets the body's hormone balance, depletes the brain chemicals required for happiness, and damages the immune system. Chronic stress can actually decrease our lifespan.
