Ang pandiwa ay mga salitang nagpapahayag ng kilos o galaw.Ang pandiwa ay binubuo ng mga salitang -ugat.

Halimbawa:

Binuksan ni lola ang garapon.

Naglalaro kami sa bakuran tuwing sabado at linggo.
