I NEED HELP Do you think that if a person if tried for a criminal crime that they should also be tried in a civil court as well? Why or why not? Think through questions such as if a person is convicted of a crime and sentenced to time in jail is that sufficient punishment or should they also have to face consequences in a civil court?
