how do the therapist and patient interaction in a psychoanalysis session compare to that in a client-centered therapy session?

Its all about the therapists attitude not skill or training. They just have to be open and genuine about the problems they hear, willing to relate to clients, and accepting them for who they are. The therapist just never talks about their problems because its not about them.

The psychoanalysis is focusing more on seeing what is wrong with the person. Where in a therapy secession, they are focusing on trying to get the person better. 
Psychoanalysis are "analyzing" the persons movements and body language, mostly focus on the external.
Therapists are trying to guide the person and help them overcome whatever they are going through internally.
