According to critics of globalization,  disadvantages that resulted from increased international trade is: Multinational corporations will increasingly shape the policies of governments.
Multinational corporations could fund several interest groups that influence the election & policies made by the government. Which mean that they can indirectly controlled which representative will be the most suitable for the profit of their business.
