Healthy Coping Strategies Reflection Now that you have had some time to think about what may cause stress and explored a range of strategies to help you manage stress and achieve and maintain a healthy school/life/work balance, reflect on the two graphic organizers you created in the interactive you just completed.

Based on your thoughtful work in the interactive, what might you do differently the next time you are faced with a stressful challenge or obstacle?

- If being tired is a stressor for you, you can try and organize yourself a bit better and go to bed earlier.

- If you leave assignments and schoolwork to the last minute, you can create a daytime schedule where you set aside time for the things you have to do so that you will have the time and energy for the things you like to do.
