b. Make a chart that divides these claims into two categories: tangible, concrete claims (facts) emotional, image-producing claims (opinions)

e. Have you ever used this product?

• If so, does it live up to its concrete claims?

• Does it live up to its emotional claims?

f. What concrete and emotional claims might you use in your own advertising campaign for the product?
2. Write a list showing the chain of production, distribution, and consumption for an item you use frequently. Be sure to include the three securities of production, starting with your own self. Think of as many steps as you can for how that item is produced, and passes its way through to you.
