Why should child labour be a punishable offence​

Child labor means the working of the children in the shops or related hardworking which they are not supposed to do. The children mostly in the developing countries are being used as labor to fulfil the needs of the poor house, But this is not the right thing to do. At the very young age children are suppose to get education in schools but they are being treated as the low level labor where they have to work day and night for just some money. This must be stopped and is should treated as the offence which should have punishable thing.The strict laws should be made to stop this . This persons who is involving in child laboring must be imprisoned as well as punishment of heavy fine should be made. The government should also ensures the current laws enforcement.
