QUESTION 7 An attractive, middle aged woman had rhinoplasty (i. e. a nose job) when she was in her thirties. As a teen and young adult she was not exceptionally attractive, but that changed radically after her nose surgery. She was lamenting to a friend that her life could have been so much better if she had gotten the nose job when she was much younger.
