Mountains: They usually have steep, sloping sides and sharp or rounded ridges, and a high point, called a peak or summit. Most geologists classify a mountain as a landform that rises at least 1,000 feet (300 meters) or more above its surrounding area.

rock plains: In geography, a plain is a flat expanse of land that generally does not change much in elevation, and are primarily treeless. Plains occur as lowlands along valleys or at the base of mountains, as coastal plains, and as plateaus or uplands.

loess plains: Loess is an aeolian sediment produced by wind-blown silt deposition, usually in the size range of 20-50 micrometres, twenty percent or less clay and the equilibrium of sand and silt components that are loosely cemented by calcium carbonate. Therefore, the loess plains are flat regions covered by such deposits.
