Suppose all international trade were ended at some point in the near future, although other international interactions (e. g. travel) would continue. Which countries would
be the biggest losers? Would any countries actually be better off in the long run? No
need to prove your answer, but it should be well supported by the ideas and theories
we’ve discussed. Do not neglect factors we haven’t discussed much in class if you think
they are relevant.
