Food and activity. The types of food someone chooses to eat is almost 100% of the time the cause of their obesity. Sitting around all day and eating fatty foods will make you gain weight, if you were to still sit around but eat healthy your weight gain would be almost nonexistent. Getting exercise while eating healthy are things what can limit obesity.
