Mindfulness refers to the psychological process of being able to focus on one's experiences in the present moment. This can be developed by practicing meditation and other forms of training. Mindfulness meditation often involves a person focusing on his/her breath and physical sensations, and also of his/her thoughts and feelings, without passing judgment on them as either good or bad.
