Some of the initial questions I expect to be asked on direct examination to access my qualification to testify as an expert in a given field (for example, if in Information Technology) are as follows:

2. What is your current position?

3. How long have you worked as an Information Technology Specialist?

4. Do you specialize in the area of Digital Forensics?
