While Neo-platonism is a term used to distribute the period of Platonic philosophy from the start with the work of Plotinus and from the start with the closing of the Platonic Academy by the Emperor Justinian in 529 C.E. Then the Epicureanism is founded around 307 BC, a system based upon the teachings of the ancient Greek philosopher Epicurus.
