How are the presidents cabinet and the executive office of president similar

Both the Cabinet and the Executive Office of the President are bodies within the federal government responsible for advising and guiding the President in his decision-making, in addition to serving as a day-to-day help and in charge of transmitting communications from the executive branch.

The main difference between the two bodies is that the Cabinet is made up of different secretaries of the Departments of the executive branch and the Vice President, while the Executive Office is composed of government officials of lesser rank.
