Behavior that is characterized by competitiveness, impatience, and a tendency toward frustration and hostility is called a behavior pattern.

The type of behavior pattern is Type B. Type B character traits are diplomatic, less worried, bendable, emotional and expressive, and have a laid-back approach.  An actions pattern deliberated by a relaxed manner, tolerance, and friendliness that possibly decreases one's risk of heart disease also called type B personality.
