You’re a mad scientist, what scientific experiment would you run if money and ethics weren’t an issue?

I ethics weren't an issue, i would spent my time as mad scientist to crossbreeds human's DNA with various animals. 
The prospect of being able to combine animal characteristic with human characteristic is fascinating to me.
For example, let's say that we're able obtain body regeneration ability from lizards, we could easily replace damaged organ by growing a new one.
