Ingroup Bias

Explanation: Ingroup refers to the group (social group) that one belongs to and identifies with when interacting with another group known as an outgroup. Ingroup bias is defined as a tendency of favoring members, characteristics, the products etc. of one's in-group over out-group members.  It arises from competition for resources between groups; can be expressed in evaluation of others, in allocation of resources; and tends to be more pronounced during periods of intergroup contact.
