Pathological grief is a term which is used for those who are not able to work as their daily routine due to their prolonged and intensive grief which comes after the death of their spouse.
Mostly widows and widowers are suffer in this grief or sorrow.It is the reaction of a big loss which effects social,financial and physical health as well.

The best sociological research method would have to be using experiments although it has some disadvantages as well
