His symptoms sound most like a generalized anxiety disorder. Panic most resemble a heart attack. Panic is a severe reaction to anxiety that happens right after a tremendously nerve-wracking event. On the other hand, the generalized anxiety disorder is too much worrying about upcoming actions, previous wrongdoing, monetary position, and health situation of special someone or relatives.
