you will be graded on (a) pronunciation, (b) correct verb usage, (c) vocabulary usage and (d) overall quality of your response. (20 points)

Now, I'm not completely sure which verbs you are at, but i'll answer the question to the best I can.  

Hola mamá y papá, me estoy divirtiendo mucho aquí. Hay muchas cosas que hacer por aquí y muchas cosas que hacer en la escuela. Todos los días camino por la escuela y hablo con los niños que me pasan por los pasillos, hago mi trabajo y traigo la tarea a casa. Realmente no hay nada interesante en la escuela además de las charlas de mis amigos. La semana pasada fuimos al cine y vimos una extraña película de superhéroes, que estuvo bien. Estoy con ellos ahora, preparando comida y preparándome para ir al centro comercial. Todos pensé que me divertía. Todavía estoy un poco nerviosa y el país me asusta un poco. De todos modos, adiós mamá y papá. Espero verte pronto.

What I wrote: Hello mom and dad, I'm having a lot of fun here. There is a lot of things to do around here and a lot of things to do at school. Every day I walk around school and talk to kids who pass me in the hallways, I do my work and bring homework home. There's really nothing intresting happening at school besides my friends chats. Last week we went to the movies and watch a strange superhero movie, which was nice. I'm with them now, getting food and getting ready to go to the mall. All thought I'm having fun I'm still a little nervous and the country scares me a little bit. Anyway, bye mom and dad. I hope to see you soon.
