If you are saying you all share ice cream then it would be ustedes comparten helado, but if you are saying you share then it would be tu compartes

Pedro, josie, y heather fue a la quinceañera de virginia. the question is asking who went to the quinceañera. the person answering the question should answer using the ellos, ellas, and ustedes form if they were not part of that group of people.

The term  falles  refers to both the celebration and the  monuments  burnt during the celebration.. so i believe the monuments are the ones being burnt. but just to let you know ' fallas ' is a term. ^.^
