La prevención es indispensable para tener una buena salud. Comer alimentos de origen natural, no ultraprocesados, hacer ejercicio regularmente, no consumir drogas ni licor, no desvelarse  y evitar, en lo posible, el consumo de medicamentos nos reduce el riesgo de padecer enfermedades y por tanto aumentamos la probabilidad de contar con un estado óptimo de salud.
