What do you consider to be the most radical example of the counterculture of the 1960’s?

Actions of the SDS (Students for a Democratic Society). They grew impatient for the social change to occur that they began to perform violent actions. This did not in fact, help their cause but destroy what they were trying to do. There were many members that lost their lives trying to commit violent acts to help the growth of their cause.
