Irene es una joven ciega, talentosa e independiente que va a la biblioteca para escuchar las grabaciones (recordings) de pablo, un lector de poemas. ella se enamora de su voz y consigue información sobre él un día que se queda hasta tarde en la biblioteca. comienza a llamarlo sin identificarse. pablo está solo y se siente triste. sin darse cuenta, se va enamorando de irene y está ansioso (anxious) por saber quién es. ă‰l sospecha que la misteriosa mujer es una usuaria (user) de sus grabaciones. se dirige a la biblioteca para buscar información sobre ella y finalmente se conocen.
