Como se estaba haciendo tarde ese día, tuvimos que despertar temprano y terminar el proyecto para entregarlo a tiempo.

Last weekend, I went to the park with my friends. Then I went over to my grandmothers birthday party and celebrated. The next day I had to go to my friends house and help her on her project. Since it was getting late that day we had to wake up early and finish the project to get it in on time.
