USA has no official language.

English is the most spoken language within the US. America was a British colony so therefore US inherited much of its culture as well as language from the British.

In California and Texas, Spanish is spoken and understood to some degree by over 20% of the population. We also have other states where Spanish's influence can be greatly felt are Florida and New York .

Besides Chinese, Other languages commonly her spoken within the United include, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog

German and Hebrew are also two other interesting common languages in USA.

Hebrew is also commonly spoken around the country because USA is also one of the countries with the highest Jewish populations outsides Israel.
