Explain the connection of resources and social classes using the example of CHINA and the social classes of Ancient Egypt as evidence. HERE IS THE EXAMPLE :

Access to natural resources and social classes are inevitably connected. In Ancient Egypt we see how despite having access to great benefits of natural resources such as the Nile River and the silt that it provides, not everyone could benefit in the same way. Even though it became one of the most important civilizations in history, Ancient Egypt is not an example of fairness, but it nevertheless worked to be successful. The social pyramid of the Egyptian civilization consisted of the pharaoh at the chasm, the government officials below him, these included the scribes, and at the bottom were the farm workers and slaves. The base of the pyramid gave civilization and its inhabitants the possibility of having food as farm workers and slaves were in charge of the most difficult jobs such as agriculture, building channels for the irrigation system and the construction of temples and pyramids. Although the base of the social pyramid worked directly with the resources for civilization in general, these workers did not have the same benefits as the inhabitants of the upper classes. For example, farm workers had to pay 50% of their produce to the pharaoh as a form of taxes and then give the majority of the remainder to the owners of the lands they worked.

Today, Egypt has changed as it has no pharaohs or slaves but it is still a place without equity. Today, more than half of its inhabitants live in poverty. Due to the clear inequality in rural areas of Egypt there is a violation of human rights, for example access to education. As a result of the lack of access to basic resources, the inhabitants of these poor areas do not have the same access as the areas of higher social classes. Even though the country is modernizing in terms of its economy and its use of energy is changing it from non-renewable resources such as oil to renewable resources such as solar energy, it must invent more in its most needy inhabitants.
